Learn MoreI have seen the Nutri System diet plan advertised several times on television commercials and QVC but the price point has always kept me from trying the program. The thing about diet programs that I don’t like is once people are finished losing weight, they are no longer on the plan and the weight comes back, regardless of how they try to watch their calorie and fat intake.
The Nutri System diet plan consists of sending their customers a month’s worth of food and desserts with the cost ranging from $200 - over $300, depending on whether you buy it off of QVC or not. I have heard different reviews of the food. Some people say the food is very good, while others have said that it tastes bland and because of that the diet is hard to stick to.
If a current or past Nutri System customer is reading this I would love to know what your thoughts are on the diet program.
